Rollingstone Ranch Golf Club is a Robert Trent Jones II designed golf course and opened for 18-hole play in the summer of 1974.  Built on a parcel in excess of one hundred fifty acres, this championship-caliber course provides the player with stunning panoramic views. While currently carrying a slope rating from the back tees consistent with the top Colorado courses, it maintains comfortable playing characteristics from the less difficult teeing areas and can be enjoyed by players of all skill levels. With full turf coverage for generous landing areas, the Rollingstone Ranch Golf Club is an attractive alternative to some of the target course designs that other mountain golf courses offer, adding to its popularity.

Terms & Conditions:

We look forward to having you at Sheraton Steamboat Resort. Below is our current deposit policy by season, excluding Internet Only Rates which are fully prepaid and completely non-refundable at the time of booking.  For arrivals between April 1 to November 30, a credit card is required at time of booking to guarantee the reservation. A non-refundable one night deposit equal to the room rate plus 11.4% tax for one night will be taken 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit the one night deposit. For arrivals between December 1 to March 31, a credit card is required at time of booking to guarantee the reservation. A full, non-refundable prepayment, equal to the number of nights reserved times the room rate plus 11.4% tax, is due at 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit prepayment. It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance. Please contact the hotel for details on how to purchase travel insurance for your upcoming stay.

The resort has a daily resort charge of $17 plus tax that includes the following: self parking in the underground parking garage, high speed internet access in the guestroom, two bottles of water daily, toll free and local phone calls, scheduled shuttle service within the city limits, ski/snowboard storage (winter months) and bike/golf club storage (summer months).

Golf the Boat

• This offer is available for stays between June 11, 2010 and October 23, 2010.
• Rate starts at $290 per night for stays between June 11, 2010 and September 12, 2010. Rates from $270 per night are valid between September 13, 2010 and October 23, 2010.
• A two-night minimum stay is required. 
• Offer includes 18-holes of golf for up to two people, driving range privileges on day of play and golf cart at Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course and 18-holes of golf for up to two people, driving range privileges on day of play and golf cart at Haymaker Golf Course.
• Room rates do not include additional resort or service charges that may be imposed or state/local taxes.
• Rates are per room, per night, based on single/double occupancy and availability.  A limited number of rooms may be available at these rates and additional restrictions and blackout dates may apply.

Golf 'Til You Drop Package
